"Don't use a Screwdriver as a Hammer!" Most of us have been in a situation where we needed a hammer, didn't have it, and used a screw driver to get the job done.  Only to find out that upon completing the project either the screwdriver was severely damaged or the nail was in crooked.   The moral of this story is that organizations should take a "tool box" approach to Courseware Authoring and eLearning Development tools because there isn't a single tool for all needs.
