Software prizes are limited to one single bundle of THESIS without Librarian software. Winners can choose between K-12, Higher Education, Corporate, Government, or Non-Profit bundles appropriate for their organization.

Organization Headquarters must be located in the US or Canada. Winners will receive a single, one-year license, starting from the date of the draw.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Entries must be submitted by the last day of of the contest to be considered for the drawing.

Only entries submitted via the entry form are eligible to win. Entry forms must be completely filled to be considered.

Chances of winning will be dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Entrants must be eighteen (18) years or older.

Entrants can only enter once.

Entrants can only win once within a 5 year time frame.

Entry is not valid with any other THESIS Software offer.

HunterStone employees and HunterStone partners and agents are not eligible to win any prizes.

HunterStone, Inc. reserves the right to amend these rules as and when they deem necessary.

Winners agree to allow their names to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Winners will be notified using the information given through the registration form. If we are unable to reach a winner within one week, a new winner may be drawn.

Software prizes cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

HunterStone shall not be liable for any loss, property damage or personal injury suffered in connection with this contest or Prize, including, without limitation, any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages even if HunterStone has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
